Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the app's billing settings at any time, and changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What's the difference between the Starter, Pro, and Growth plans?
All three plans include the same features. The difference is monthly store order volume: Starter covers up to 50 orders, Pro up to 500, and Growth up to 1,000.
Is there a trial period before I'm charged?
Yes. Every UpCartAOV plan includes a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime from your Shopify billing settings.
How does billing work with Shopify?
UpCartAOV bills through Shopify's standard app billing, so charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice — no separate payment method needed.
